WHEREAS, KR TRAINING operates under the laws of the State of Texas, offering student and instructor training courses in firearms safety, marksmanship, gunhandling, tactics, and unarmed self defense, and,

WHEREAS, such situations possess certain inherent dangers for the persons and property of the individuals participating in the said activity, and,

WHEREAS, all instructors, contract employees, independent contractors, volunteers, the owners and operators of the facilities where classes are conducted, jointly and severally, are hereinafter referred to as KR TRAINING, and,

WHEREAS, individuals wishing to avail themselves of the facilities and services of KR TRAINING outlined above are hereinafter referred to as STUDENTS;

any such injuries or losses, however occurring, during the period that the STUDENT is engaged in receiving the said course of instruction.
